Meet the panel:

Pauline Benner

Pauline Benner is the Music Director at an elementary and middle school in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She directs the musical program, organizes concerts, and teaches preschool music, K-3 general music, 4th-8th grade choir, band, handbells, and Student Praise Band. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in music performance from Wheaton College Conservatory of Music, and is a graduate of PFW’s Transition to Teaching program in Special Education.

Pauline has performed professionally on woodwinds and keyboard for over 25 years with several theatres and symphonies in Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. She taught private music lessons in flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, piano, guitar, and voice since 1997. Pauline has also served as a worship leader for many years, and currently leads a contemporary worship team.

Dr. Andria Quintero

Driven by a deep belief that every child deserves to be seen, challenged, and supported, Dr. Andria R. Quintero has dedicated nearly three decades to strengthening teaching and learning in independent schools. With 28 years in education, including 13 years in the classroom and 15 years in leadership, she brings both practitioner wisdom and systems-level insight to her work.

As Assistant Head of Teaching and Learning at an independent school in North Carolina, Dr. Quintero bridges innovation and foundational practice, pairing time-honored instructional strategies with forward-thinking design. She creates learning environments grounded in inclusion and shaped by meaningful challenge, spaces where curiosity is not only welcomed but cultivated. In these learning environments, both educators and students are empowered to think deeply, grow intentionally, and thrive in a complex and ever-evolving world.
