Working with clients who stutter can be one of the most rewarding experiences for speech therapists….but also one of the most challenging! While it may be easy to identify what we do NOT want to do in our work with our clients, it can be a bit more complicated to figure out where to start.
Join us for a night of professional collaboration, learning, and development for current graduate students, new SLPs, or even more seasoned SLPs who would like to feel supported as they work with clients who stutter in assessment, therapy, and advocacy. Participants can expect to walk away feeling increased confidence in their abilities to implement practical, holistic, and neurodiversity affirming approaches to stuttering therapy. We encourage you to bring any and all questions, as much of the night will be devoted to open discussion.
