Join us to learn about and practice self-compassion! It’s typically easy to feel compassion for others who are suffering. It can be more challenging to generate compassion for ourselves when going through difficult experiences.
In this workshop for teens and adults, we will explore how self-compassion can support the journey toward acceptance. After a brief overview of mindfulness and self-compassion, participants will experience two guided meditations. There will also be an opportunity for reflection and discussion.
