Recently, Dr. Heather Grossman, Executive Director of the American Institute for Stuttering, appeared on Katie Couric for a segment on stuttering. Joining her were AIS client Joel Viera and past AIS Gala Honoree Byron Pitts (ABC News). After the episode aired, Stuttertalk published a podcast about the segment, and shared interesting opinions about the way stuttering was portrayed by both Joel and Byron.
